Refund Policy

Digital goods, delivered instantly

Each purchase unlocks one specific, already-generated book for immediate download as PDF and text. Because you can preview the finished book before paying, and the file is delivered immediately on payment, purchases are final and non-refundable once the book has been successfully unlocked and delivered.

When we do refund

We’ll issue a full refund if a technical failure on our end means you didn’t get what you paid for — for example:

• You were charged but the book failed to generate.
• You were charged but the unlocked download is missing or corrupted and we can’t fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same book.

How to request a refund

Email aeimsjo000@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method by Paddle, our payment provider.
